A few changes are happening at SLT Media
Some of you may have already noticed a few changes at SLT Media recently.
The dynamic in the team has shifted, and we are adjusting a few things behind the scenes, so we wanted to bring everything together in one place and explain what is changing, what is staying the same and what you can expect from us over the next few weeks.
Nothing dramatic. No panic. No “we are entering a bold new era” corporate speech.
Just a few honest updates from us.

Our colours are changing
The most visible change is our colour palette.
The SLT Media logo itself is not going anywhere, but the colours around it are getting a refresh. This has actually been on our list for a long time, but with a few other changes happening at the same time, we decided to bring it forward now instead of letting little confusing updates appear one by one over the next few months.
Our old colours served us well, but if we are honest, they always felt a little cold for who we are as a team.
We wanted something warmer, brighter and friendlier. Still professional, but more us.
And yes, there is more pink now. With SLT Media now being mostly women-led day to day, it feels like the right time to let that side of the business show a little more too.
Our packages are changing
Some of our service packages are being updated too.
The honest answer is that our old packages were built years ago, and the market has changed a lot since then. Social media, content, websites, search, AI visibility, Google Business Profiles and general online trust signals all look very different now from when some of our original packages were created.
Small businesses need more than a few basic posts and a nice graphic.
They need clearer messaging, better content, stronger consistency and marketing that actually supports how people find, check and choose businesses now.
So we are reviewing what is included, improving the structure and making sure our packages reflect the work that is genuinely needed today.
Our prices are changing too
With package changes, there will also be price changes.
Most existing clients will stay on their current pricing for now, but this will not be forever. We have been improving what we offer, spending more time on content, planning and quality, and it is important that our pricing reflects the work that actually goes into it.
We know nobody loves hearing “prices are going up”, so we are saying it plainly.
Prices will be increasing, but the value behind them is increasing too.
You may speak to different people
Some clients may also notice different people in communication going forward.
This should not change much day to day, because communication has always run through the team, not just one person. We share information internally, keep notes, and make sure the right people know what is happening with your account or project.
So while the person replying to you may sometimes be different, the aim is still the same: clear communication, friendly support and work delivered properly.
Also, everyone you will speak to is lovely, so there is that. 😄
What is not changing
The important things are staying the same.
We are still offering the same core services: websites, branding, content, social media, print, Google Business Profile support and practical marketing help for SMEs.
Our working hours are still 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
And the quality of work is not dropping. If anything, we are working on making it stronger, clearer and better suited to where marketing is now.
What is still coming
Our own website will also be updated, but as many business owners will understand, client work comes first.
So yes, our own updates are happening a little slower than we would like. Classic agency life. 😅
The website changes are coming, along with updated packages, clearer information and a refreshed look that better reflects where SLT Media is now.
Please bear with us
We cannot change everything overnight, so while we are in the middle of this process, please bear with us.
There may be a few moments where things are being updated, refreshed or moved around, but we are making sure everything continues to run properly and lands at the standard you expect from us.
We have built trust with our clients over many years, and we are not about to risk that over a colour palette, a package refresh or a few internal changes.
We have been through a few rebrands and changes over the years, but this one feels like one of the biggest.
So please bear with us while we get there.
We are still SLT Media.
Just a little brighter, a little warmer and, hopefully, even better.
