
SLT Media 2025 – a year of growth, impact and strengthening our position as a marketing agency in the West Midlands
2025 has been one of the most intense and rewarding years in SLT Media’s journey. As a marketing and web design agency based in the West Midlands, we focused on sustainable growth, measurable results and long-term partnerships with businesses across Warwickshire and beyond.

We were shortlisted in two categories at the Midlands Marketing Awards 2025: Marketing Impact of the Year and Future Leader of the Year for Paulina. For the sixth year running, SLT Media was recognised as one of the Top 3 Website Designers in Coventry by ThreeBestRated. Paulina was also selected to join O.P.T.I.C., a business-led, cross-sector advisory group focused on inclusive growth and regional economic resilience.
Credibility and stability were key themes in 2025. We celebrated 10 years since incorporation, joined the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, and became members of the Green Business Network, strengthening our presence within the regional business ecosystem.
International collaboration and export-related work also played an important role. We completed the Exporting Starts Here programme, built a strong network of UK-based partners supporting businesses entering the UK market, and worked closely with companies expanding their presence in the West Midlands and wider UK.
From an operational perspective, the year was highly productive. We launched 18 websites, finished the year managing social media for 44 companies across 111 channels, welcomed 38 new clients, and received 22 five-star reviews, reflecting consistent client satisfaction.
We also expanded into new content formats and platforms. Damian’s TikTok content reached 338,000 views, generated 6,672 likes and 1,541 shares, while Paulina appeared in podcasts and webinars discussing marketing strategy, digital growth and business development in the UK.
Giving back remained a core part of our work. We provided pro bono support to local charities, took part in charity runs, supported animal welfare organisations and contributed to a range of community initiatives across the region.
We close 2025 proud of what we’ve built and optimistic about what’s ahead – as a marketing agency rooted in the West Midlands, focused on people, performance and long-term impact.
